 主要應(yīng)用于電子、3C、光通訊、新能源電池等行業(yè)精密器件的金屬焊接,可實(shí)現(xiàn)單路或多路激光的同時(shí)點(diǎn)焊和連續(xù)焊,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)各類金屬材料(不銹鋼、碳鋼、鋁、銅等)的焊接。例:手機(jī)通訊、電子元器件、眼鏡鐘表、五金衛(wèi)浴、醫(yī)療器械、汽車零配件等精密零件的焊接,可實(shí)現(xiàn)點(diǎn)焊、拼焊、穿透疊焊、密封焊接等

 ⊙能量監(jiān)測(cè)功能:可實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)激光能量和平均輸出功率,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)異常并啟動(dòng)保護(hù)程序。

 ⊙能量負(fù)反饋功能:電源自帶的能量反饋探頭,實(shí)時(shí)校驗(yàn)激光能量的大小,保證了焊點(diǎn)的一致性?？捎行Ы鉀Q:

 1市電的波動(dòng)影響激光輸出能量的波動(dòng);

 2氙燈每次放電的差異性帶來(lái)激光輸出能量的波動(dòng);

 3燈老化導(dǎo)致輸出激光能量的減小;

 4水流量的變化、水溫的變化等因素導(dǎo)致激光輸出能量的波動(dòng)。

 ⊙多功能外部保護(hù)端口:電源有多個(gè)外部保護(hù)端口,對(duì)設(shè)備的水溫、水壓、流量及光纖溫度等進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)

 ⊙任意波形設(shè)定:設(shè)備可設(shè)置32組不同焊接工藝參數(shù)模式,單組模式下,設(shè)有24個(gè)拐點(diǎn),拐點(diǎn)寬度為0-15.0ms拐點(diǎn)幅度0-100.0%,從而滿足不同的焊接需求。

 ⊙有效解決對(duì)于銅、鋁、金等材料對(duì)1064nm波長(zhǎng)激光反射率高,導(dǎo)致加工過(guò)程中存在加工強(qiáng)度不夠、焊接表面不美觀的問(wèn)題。

 ⊙對(duì)于高碳鋼等材料,由于急冷急熱導(dǎo)致加工中出現(xiàn)熱裂紋、冷裂紋等問(wèn)題,可通過(guò)設(shè)置激光脈沖的能量波形來(lái)控制焊接

 過(guò)程中激光能量的變化,調(diào)整合理的激光熱輸入量來(lái)有效控制各種焊接缺陷。

 ⊙多光高速路切換:電源帶有自動(dòng)光閘控制功能,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)間分光和能量分光

 ⊙可選配:振鏡式焊接工作臺(tái)/二維或多維焊接工作臺(tái)/機(jī)械手焊接工作臺(tái)。
